Are these real photographs?
No. The images are made with AI from the photo you send. Your product is kept as it is and placed in new scenes and lighting. We say this up front so you can decide how to label them in your shop.
Will my product look exactly like the real thing?
That is the goal, and it is what the free preview is for. Shape, color and material carry over well. Small label text is the hardest part, so we check it by hand and redo anything that drifts. If your listing depends on tiny text being legible, tell us and we keep at least one shot where the label is untouched.
Can I use the images anywhere?
Yes. Once paid, use them in your shop, on marketplaces, in ads and on social, with no extra licence. Marketplaces have their own image rules (Amazon's main image needs a plain white background, for example), so tell us where they are going and we size and frame them to fit.
What if I do not like the set?
Ask for changes within your plan's rounds. If it still is not right, tell us within 7 days and we refund the order.
What do you do with my photos?
We use them only to make your images, and they pass through the AI image tools we work with to do that. We do not post your product in our samples unless you say we can.
